Ragazer work-IT-out is adapted to fit your requirements. Having determined your level of fitness, our personal trainers create a training plan tailored to your current level and your target fitness level. Aqua training in our thermal water helps you burn calories without putting too much strain on your joints.

Balance training

Here, we work on your balance. The sessions can be attended with no prior experience as our balance machines offer various difficulty levels.

Body PerForming

Forming, performing! Targeted exercises are used to tackle specific problem areas in a targeted manner and improve performance.

Core power

With a focus on your core, exercises are carried out with a view to strengthening abdominal and back muscles.

Circuit training

Good old circuit training is being revitalised in a diverse approach with our functional training.

Functional training

Your entire body will be engaged through natural movements, thereby improving flexibility and increasing strength and stability.

Interval training

Conventional interval training stimulates fat burning and has an especially positive effect on endurance.

Kinesis®

During Technogym Kinesis® training, large flowing movements are carried out with the help of resistance from pulleys in order to increase flexibility, strength and stability

Movement analysis

Movement analysis consists of functional test exercises aimed at evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of specific sequences of movement. This allows us to create an individualised at-home training programme for you.

Pilates

Pilates is a gentle training method aimed at improving posture and harmony of movement. It is ideal for increasing stability in the spine.

Spiral dynamics®

Spiral dynamics® is an anatomically based movement and therapy concept that uses the spiral as a dynamic principle for healthy movements.

SensoPro training

SensoPro combines unique and efficient coordination training with endurance-, strength- and reaction-based exercises.

Stability and mobility

Feeling a few aches and pains? This is often a sign of unstable joints or insufficient mobility. Suitable exercises help to stabilise and mobilise the joints and eliminate imbalances.

Exercising outdoors is good for the body and the soul. As we take in oxygen, we feel more powerful. The UV rays on our skin allow our bodies to produce vitamin D and stimulate the release of serotonin, which makes us feel happy.
